Post-Critique Revisions

After the critique of my project, I did some tweaking of the overall shape and form of the face.  I spent time attempting to give a more realistic rendering of Bukowski. I also fixed the shaping of the eyelids as directed.  I had trouble adding subdivision to detail the hair, because the school computers could not comply with the amount of divisions. 

I worked the pants over once more.  The result became much more lifelike and less like clay.  I used alphas and brushes to create texture on the clothing.  I did the shoes over again from the beginning. My previous sculpt of sandals was really bad so I started from scratch.

  1. This is great. You should have made the hair as a separate object. That way you could have subdivided it a lot more.

    Where is the retopo start? That was supposed to be an easy A
